Bradfield International Real Estate (BIRE®) has successfully sold 69–77 Homestead Road under auction conditions, following a well-attended campaign that generated significant qualified interest.

The 5-acre* landholding, comprising over 20,000sqm* and improved with two substantial residential dwellings, attracted broad enquiry throughout the marketing period and culminated in a competitive auction environment.

Strong Turnout and Competitive Bidding

The auction was conducted on-site and attended by approximately 20 parties, with five formally registered bidders exceeding initial expectations and reflecting genuine market depth for large-format land in the precinct.

Active participation from multiple registered bidders created a competitive atmosphere, with steady bidding increments demonstrating confidence in the asset and its long-term positioning within the growth corridor. The property was ultimately secured under auction conditions, highlighting sustained appetite for strategically located acreage in Orchard Hills.

Appointment Following Extensive Market Feedback

Prior to launching the campaign, the vendors received more than 50 separate opinions of pricing from the marketplace. Following careful consideration of those assessments, Bradfield International Real Estate was appointed to lead the sale process.

The property ultimately transacted at a figure 0.71% above BIRE's original opinion of value outlined in its proposal, reinforcing the alignment between pre-campaign market analysis and final auction-day outcome.
